At Repello AB, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return Policy is designed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Swedish and EU distance selling regulations.

30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

You May Test the Product

You are entitled to inspect and test the product in the same way that you would be able to in a physical retail store.

This means that you may:

  • Turn on and operate the product
  • Examine its features and functionality
  • Verify that it meets your expectations

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, a deduction for diminished value may be made in accordance with applicable law.

The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. The original packaging and any accessories should be included whenever possible. Proof of purchase must always accompany the return.

How to Make a Return

You may return your product within the withdrawal period or our 30-day return period without waiting for prior approval from us.

For faster processing, we recommend registering your return, although this is not required.

Returning Your Product

You may either use a return shipping label provided by us (if available) or arrange return shipping yourself.

A – Using a Repello Return Shipping Label

If we have provided you with a return shipping label, please follow the accompanying instructions.

B – Arranging Return Shipping Yourself

If you arrange shipping independently, please note the following:

  • The return must be shipped as a business parcel with direct delivery.
  • The parcel must be delivered directly to our address (we do not collect parcels from pickup points).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Rules and Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product is damaged, defective, or otherwise non-conforming under applicable consumer protection laws, Repello AB will cover the cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind or Voluntary Return

If you return a product that is not defective, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

A deduction for diminished value may be applied if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If there is any issue with your order—such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item—contact us immediately at info@repello.com and we will help resolve the matter.

Unclaimed Parcels

If you fail to collect your parcel, we reserve the right to charge our actual costs for shipping, return shipping, and handling, currently SEK 199.

Please note that failing to collect a parcel does not constitute exercising your right of withdrawal. You must notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You may inspect and test the product, but it must be capable of being returned in substantially unchanged condition. Proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, typically within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times by banks and card issuers may affect when the funds appear in your account.
